Cause its one hell of a disease.
It has the possibility of killing certain people.
Such as prople with crap immune systems (AIDS) and babies and such.
You don't want it.

It's mostly because we don't know what it does. Everyone's immune system reacts differently to it. Some have just a mild fever and are done with it others face near-death possibilities. And there isnt even a widespread cure yet.

And all it is is another version of a cold/flu.
