The XP recieved per hit needs to be halved or maybe even quartered, and the max level needs to be raised to 135.

Oh and can you tell me how to make a server without an Admin account on both an Microsoft Xp operating system & a Windows Vista operating system please?

I recognize this thread because I like to try out the sources before I edit them. Although this was a while ago and now I have decided that I can't make the server at the moment. (I must hack the admin account on my computer first.  )
