50% of the time it was spammers and tbh i dont remember it crashing that much

it used to go down every hour...but that was after a lil while though. Towards the start of the uber duping era it started to crash a lot. but it just got laggy after a while. And ricky he meant 40 ppl PKING not the total cap :)
